I am so thrilled to be with you during your Transformation Revival this week. I am here to share with you four simple commitments that can transform any church if we are willing to make them.
First, we need to commit to pray for our church and the church leadership. How will we know where God is leading us if we don't ask Him for direction? Why would we want to try to accomplish God's work in our own strength and our own timing without consulting Him?
Second, we must commit to being present at worship, Bible study, and fellowship events. We need each other. God is our Father and we are His family on earth. Healthy families meet together regularly-so must we.
Third, We must give to the work of the church. God has provided us with much and He expects us to manage our resources well by investing in the work of His kingdom. He promises to take care of everything else we need if we put His agenda ahead of our own.
Fourth, we must serve. A church is like a body and it needs all of its parts to work together in order to function properly. God has called and equipped ALL of us to serve in His church. When we serve we grow more like Jesus and when we serve together we can accomplish much.
At my church we ask everyone who joins our fellowship to commit of their prayers, presence, gifts, and service. Each year we ask our existing members to recommit themselves in these same four areas. By doing so we have seen God do amazing things in and though us. I believe God wants to do many new and wonderful things in and through Third New Hope Baptist Church as well. I look forward to being with you again tonight. Let's create a climate of expectation together. Pastor John Schmidt

Pastor Schmidt...Bless you today! We thank God for the incredible, passionate and practical teaching you are sharing with the Third New Hope family and friends! Your gifts and presence is a joy to the body of Christ. I hope your are already loving your time with us as we are with you.
Pastor Schmidt;
You were are a blessing to Third New Hope on last night you shared great information that impacted our mind and encouraged our hearts we look forward to the next two nights.
Matthew 5:6 " Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be filled"
We are blessed if we hunger and thirst after righteousness; Why?because as water and food is to the body, so is righteousness to our spiritual life and this should cause us to no longer want to hunger and thirst as the world do but know our needs are being met in Christ.
